I was a UX/UI designer on the Citi Partnerships Experience Design (PXD) team for two years, and while there, my role and responsibilities greatly evolved. I had the opportunity to mentor some of our newest additions, work on projects that impact millions of people, and create RFPs for companies such as LiveNation and Expedia (both of which later decided to partner with us!) And perhaps the most thrilling of all, I've had the rare opportunity to design products from ideation to launch.
Our global ATM redesign launched in 2023, and I'm thrilled to have been a leading UX Designer on the project. The experience is now available to over 200 million Citi customers in 19 countries.
